Pivot Rehabilitation in Victoria, TX is seeking an Area Rehab Manager to lead clinical operations across multiple facilities. You will maintain a patient care caseload while guiding staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance.

This leadership role emphasizes collaboration with regional leadership, optimizing productivity, and strengthening rehabilitation services. A state license and several years of rehabilitation management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program.
• Current, unrestricted professional license in the applicable state.
• Minimum three years of clinical rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Previous rehabilitation management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while supporting operational, clinical, and financial performance
• Provide operational leadership to two or more departments
• Monitor staffing, schedules, and departmental performance
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive productivity and financial goals
• Support clinical quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Develop staff through coaching, onboarding, and training
• Foster positive facility relationships and effective communication
