Zusammenfassung

Pivot Rehabilitation seeks an Area Rehab Manager to lead and provide direct patient care across two or more rehab departments. You will support operations, clinical quality, and financial performance while maintaining a clinical caseload.

The role requires collaboration with regional leadership, staff mentoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel between facilities is required to support performance and patient care goals.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program.
• Current, unrestricted professional license in the applicable state.
• Minimum three years of clinical rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Previous rehabilitation management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Texas PDPM and Part B reimbursement, productivity management, and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain an active patient caseload and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, and performance across facilities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor rehab staff and managers.

• Foster positive relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
