TransPerfect Health seeks an Area Clinical Manager to lead rehabilitation services across assigned community sites. You will supervise therapy staff, support DORs, and drive clinical quality while expanding service reach.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients within licensed scope, mentoring rehab teams, and coordinating across the organization to improve outcomes and utilization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of therapy software including Net Health and community-based EMR (e.g., PCC, MatrixCare).
• Understanding PDPM and how it affects therapy program metrics.
• Ability to travel to assigned community sites as needed.
• Maintains professional standards in all situations.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
• Recruit, interview and onboard therapy staff.
• Monitor chart audits and ensure quality clinical standards.
• Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration.
• Deliver evaluation and treatment within licensed scope of practice.
