The role requires an RD credential with supervised practice hours and strong communication, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or dietetics from an accredited program.
• Completion of at least 900 hours of dietetics practice supervised by a RD or nutrition professional.
• Licensure or certification as a registered dietitian or nutrition professional.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and nutrition services in Dennet Rehab & Mountain City facilities.
• Collaborate with the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and clinical staff.
• Conduct assessments and care plans for residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to address resident nutritional needs.
• Develop and implement nutrition programs to improve resident outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate services to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Delegate responsibilities to the Director of Food and Nutrition Services as needed.

• Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Conduct assessments and care plans for resident nutritional needs and develop individualized plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address resident nutritional needs
• Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to improve resident outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate food and nutrition services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:
