Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple real estate entities and properties.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Track rental income, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, and property-level financial performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to ownership and investors.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax professionals, lenders, and property management teams.
