Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience preferred in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience in month-end close and reconciliations is required.
• Experience in hospitality or service-based industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and administrative support across multiple entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain chart of accounts.
• Review, code, and enter invoices with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly with accurate documentation.
