Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years’ general accounting work experience required.
Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Experience in a high-paced environment preferred.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate recording of cash receipts and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare and issue customer invoices as per contractual terms.
Create and post journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Provide insights to financials to support planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
Assist in annual financial audits and compile supporting documentation.
Lead process enhancements and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
Skills
Excellent communication and writing skills

Knowledge of general ledger accounting
Intermediate-level Excel knowledge
Prior experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems
