Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience required.
• Strong construction accounting experience required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage internal accounting controls and cash management functions.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation support.
