Job summary

United Recovery & Remarketing (UR2) in Collierville, Tennessee, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity organization, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements during a NetSuite transition.

You will supervise staff, manage month-end close, consolidate financial statements, oversee intercompany accounting, and partner with leadership on ERP data migration, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing accounting functions for multiple companies or entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close for multiple entities.
• Ensure timely preparation of entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Lead intercompany accounting and consolidations; oversee ERP transition activities.
