Job summary

ASC (American Screening Corp) is seeking a Junior Accounting Manager to maintain accurate financial records, manage accounting operations, and ensure timely reporting across multiple companies. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, accrual accounting, financial analysis, and robust internal controls, with leadership within the accounting department.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi‑company environment, supporting ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA with Accounting/Finance concentration is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
• Complete month-end close by the required deadline.
• Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, Gross Profit reporting, and department financial reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries; record accruals and prepaid expenses.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loan accounts, and fixed assets.
• Review aging reports and cash flow management; monitor cash conversion cycle.
