Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience overseeing month-end close in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to improve systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Experience supervising remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across multiple legal entities.
• Drive month-end close processes with a Day 10 target.
• Standardise policies, COA, and reporting across entities.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts (8+ weeks).
• Establish strong internal controls and financial governance.
• Supervise accounting staff, including remote bookkeepers.
• Support integration of acquired entities and align systems.
• Provide decision-ready financial insights to executives.
• Identify reporting discrepancies and risks.
