Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Grocery Clerk to work across store departments, stocking shelves, and helping maintain product freshness and presentation.

You will assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure the freshest products for customers. Ideal candidates are at least 16, dependable, team players with good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interact well with customers and maintain Sprouts culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Communicate effectively and take direction in a team environment.
• Perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures rules.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in multiple store areas (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Assist receiving and delivery accuracy, move products to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store and products.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness.
• Adhere to safety policies and duties as assigned.
