Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Grocery Clerk to work in various departments, stocking shelves, helping with deliveries, and keeping the store clean and organized. You’ll rotate products to ensure freshness and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 16+ years old, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program are offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show a mutual respect for others and a high level of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work in several areas of the store, stocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move product to the sales floor with equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers.
