Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a reliable Grocery Clerk to stock shelves in Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments, assist with deliveries, and maintain clean and organized displays. You’ll support a fast-paced environment and help customers make healthy choices.

The role requires age 16+, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and strong teamwork and communication. Lift 60 lbs as needed and follow safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Mutual respect for others and adherence to Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. up to 25 hours with/without equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple store areas (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Assist in receiving deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move products to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store.
• Support safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety rules.
