WACKER is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Day Shift) for its Charleston, TN site. The role focuses on predictive, preventive, and emergency maintenance of DISCO systems and allied equipment, aiming for high uptime and safe, compliant operation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least 3+ years in a technical/production environment, with experience in chemical or manufacturing settings.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in technical/production environment and 3+ years in maintenance in chemical/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Repair experience with gear drives, pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation and electrical equipment.

Aufgaben

• Perform predictive, preventive, and emergency maintenance on DISCO systems and related mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Maintain, calibrate, and repair plant equipment including pumps, valves, motors, actuators, transmitters, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide startup, commissioning, and operational support to DISCO Operations to ensure safe, reliable operation.
