Job summary

Blount Partnership seeks an experienced pipefitter to lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems on site in our Maryville area operations. The role includes cross-training in millwrighting, welding, sheet metal and related trades.

You should have a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of piping experience, plus ability to read diagrams and follow instructions. Strong problem-solving and fitness to work in varied conditions are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant pipefitting experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read/interpret diagrams or written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related equipment.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using saws, torches, and pipe threaders.
• Secure pipes using welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, or threading.
• Attach pipes to structures using brackets or welding equipment.
• Inspect and test piping systems for leaks or issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate safety gear.
