Cherokee Millwright, Inc. in Morristown, TN is seeking a Multi-Craft Pipefitter responsible for laying out, assembling, installing and maintaining pipe systems and related equipment across steam, hot water, heating and industrial processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pipefitting and related trades.
• Ability to work cross-trained in multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Cut, thread and assemble pipe to specifications.
• Assemble pipes and fittings by welding, brazing, cementing.
• Attach pipes to structures using brackets and welding.
• Inspect and test pipelines with gauges and hydrostatic testing.
• Plan pipe system layout and installation per specs.
• Cross-train in millwrighting, welding, sheet metal when needed.
• Ensure safety and quality in all installations.
