Responsibilities

• Examine objects, systems, or facilities to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
• Reads blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
• Dismantles machines and moves machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, airbags, and forklift equipment.
• Assembles and installs equipment and components, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Constructs foundations and positions parts using measuring tools and hand tools to achieve specified clearances.
• Aligns machines using hoists, jacks, and plumb lines; secures equipment to foundations.
