Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift maintenance technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

You will troubleshoot electrical and electronic control systems, motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and VFDs, and support line changes and improvements. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with CMMS/ERP, and a commitment to safety in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or accredited technical/trade program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic control systems, motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Install, commission, and test new equipment; participate in line changes and process improvements.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain CMMS/ERP work orders and documentation.
