Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 8+ years in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding, and rigging; maintain Perdue Farms QEW Certification.
• Commitment to continuous learning to achieve higher expertise.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex machinery across plant systems.
• Lead safety-focused maintenance practices and document clear reports.
• Collaborate with production and other technicians to solve problems with urgency and reliability.
• Mentor and train lower-level technicians in proper servicing and maintenance techniques.
