All Metals is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our South Carolina facility and safeguard equipment performance and safety.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on preventive maintenance and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Familiar with machine operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic PLC knowledge for diagnostics.
• Welding, torch cutting, and plasma cutting experience.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools.
• Hydraulic systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance manager with maintenance tasks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance (PM) systems.
• Ensure operation of machinery by completing PM requirements.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using observation and testing instruments.
• Repair and replace defective parts with hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers and adjust components.
• Perform general building maintenance.
• Fabricate repair parts using shop tools.
• Maintain paperwork and log data in maintenance software.
• Prepare maintenance reports with collected data.
• Support production by reducing downtime and sharing PM practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the performance and safety of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairs in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• 1st Shift: M-F 5a-1:30p (Must be willing to work Overtime and Rotate being On-Call)
• Pay Range: $24-$34 per hour (Based on Experience and On-site Interview)

Job Function

• Assist maintenance manager with any necessary maintenance tasks and support overall maintenance operations
• Assist with preventive maintenance (PM) systems and help implement and maintain preventive maintenance measures
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and locate sources of problems by observing equipment, listening for issues, and using measuring and testing instruments
• Repair and replace defective parts by dismantling devices using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes
• Inspect parts to determine dimensional changes using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, and adjust functional components as needed
• Perform general building maintenance tasks
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment
• Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork and log information into maintenance software
• Prepare maintenance reports by collecting and summarizing information
• Support production by helping reduce downtime and communicating preventive maintenance practices
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures, rules, and regulations

Required Skills

• Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools (thermal, multimeter, ammeter)
• Familiar with hydraulic systems and able to use diagnostic tools (pressure gauges, flow meters)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Certification or training in forklift and crane operation preferred
