Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Technician to help keep operations running smoothly in Urbancrest, OH. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and read work orders in a CMMS system.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supporting improvements and safety programs, and assisting fellow technicians with repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and pneumatic system issues.
• Read and complete work orders using a CMMS system.
• Maintain rack systems, guardrails, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Support continuous improvement and safety programs.
• Assist technicians with equipment repairs and maintenance.
