Job summary

ThermoSafe in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our production equipment and on-site systems. This hands-on role keeps our packaging lines running smoothly to meet customer deadlines.

Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and documenting activities in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or packaging preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure auxiliary equipment (chillers, compressors, HVAC, etc.) remains fully operational.
• Work with lead process technicians to schedule and execute planned downtime for maintenance.
• Maintain safety guarding and ensure all equipment meets safety standards.
• Use machine shop equipment (mill, grinders, welder, band saws) to fabricate or repair parts as needed.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.

Compensation: SIGN ON BONUS $5,000*

Hourly Wage: $30.10 - $39.97 DOE

Shift: Flexible start times available

Position Summary
