Civicworks is seeking an Information Technology Specialist 2 to support NYCOTS multi-cloud connectivity projects and network infrastructure for New York State agencies. The role is anchored in Albany and provides operational support for cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem data centers, including firewall management and routine equipment configuration.

The position operates in a 24/7/365 support model and may require work outside normal business hours along with occasional travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience with related coursework.
• Knowledge of data networking protocols and cloud platforms.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Support advanced multi-cloud connectivity projects for NYS agencies.
• Provide operational support for Azure, AWS, GCP and on-prem data centers.
• Manage firewalls, troubleshoot networks and configure equipment.
• Participate in 24/7/365 support and may require after-hours work.
