Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a fast, friendly Physician Assistant to work across multiple clinics in North Central Alabama. You’ll deliver patient-focused urgent and primary care, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, within a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds PA board certification and MSN or higher, with strong communication, EMR and MS Office skills. Competitive pay with bonuses, orientation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.).
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• General Dermatology and eye problems care.
• General EKG interpretations and emergency management.
• General GYN care and care of children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine and telemedicine services.
