Job summary

MainStreet Family Urgent Care in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Physician Assistant for a full-time role in a high-volume urgent care setting. You will lead a small team and deliver patient-centered care across a full scope of practice, including pediatrics to geriatrics.

On-site HQ orientation starts your path with robust support and training. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on decision-making, treatment protocols, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required; new grads welcome.
• DOT certification is optional (we cover the cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across urgent care scope; babies to geriatrics.
• Perform minor procedures: toenail removal, foreign object removal, suturing.
• Splinting and general orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review x-rays with radiologist over-read.
• Telemedicine and occupational medicine duties as needed.
