This hands-on role combines patient navigation, care coordination and administrative support. You may help patients navigate the hospital, coordinate follow-up needs and ancillary testing, support clinic flow, and assist with the many details that arise throughout a patient's visit. No two days are exactly alike!
We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with patients. This is a great opportunity to become part of a collaborative oncology team and help shape an evolving role as the MGB Cancer Institute continues to grow.
Responsible for working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and patient-centered care experience by assisting with navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, coordinating resources, and providing support to improve patient outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required.
