Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager Clinic Operations for our Hillsboro clinics. You will provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective, high-quality operations across multiple sites.

You will lead staff to ensure timely patient care that respects patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs, ensure compliance with clinical policies, and participate in PCN-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or healthcare or 6 years healthcare or job related experience.
• 4 years Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
• Lead staff to ensure patient care services are provided in a timely manner which respect patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures and participate in PCN-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
