Job summary

Accelerated Urgent Care is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will support clinical operations, business development, and patient growth across facilities while aligning with company policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of staff management experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business or Healthcare Management, and willingness to travel 20-50% to support and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Education in Business or Healthcare Management strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing staff.
• Experience with multi-location management.
• Travel requirement 20% - 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the operations of assigned clinics.
• Ensures clinics are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicates operational opportunities and best practices to Leadership Team.
• Establishes new policies and procedures for the Front Office with Directors.
• Ensures best practices are implemented and maintained throughout clinics.
• Collaborates with Billing to ensure revenue policies support billing and collection.
