CHRISTUS Health seeks an administrative leader to oversee physician practice operations across multiple sites, ensuring effective staff management, budgeting, and provider communications.

The role requires directive leadership, strong financial acumen, and adherence to HIPAA and CHRISTUS Mission. Responsible for data reporting, operational planning, and collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Establishes/implements goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned administrative areas.
• Assists with developing and implementing annual operational plan and budget.
• Supervises clinic personnel and coordinates work assignments across multiple practices.
• Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and standards; resolves problems in admin areas.
• Assists with cost-reduction opportunities in operations and manages financial reporting.
• Collaborates with Regional Director and Marketing on practice development.
• Monitors clinic expenditures and maintains confidentiality; ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Gathers and reports data for fiscal and planning purposes; supports revenue enhancement strategies.
