Job summary

Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support multi-channel campaigns and on-site events in Las Vegas.

You will work closely with marketing leadership to execute digital campaigns, webinars, and physical events while leveraging AI tools to speed up content creation. The role emphasizes hands-on, organized contributors who can manage schedules, collaborate across teams, and produce on-brand materials with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, campaign coordination or a related role.
• Growth Mindset: eager to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Execution and organization: strong attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate drafting tasks.
• Experience supporting corporate event management or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar data-tracking tools is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager or similar digital ad platforms is a plus.
• Experience with CRM or digital project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including logistics for events and webinars.
• Partner with Sales to update, distribute, and maintain marketing collateral.
• Assist with affiliate partner communications, updates, co-marketing materials, and tracking partner performance.
• Embed generative AI tools to draft, refine, and schedule on-brand content across channels.
• Produce visual assets, including PowerPoints and social graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain central marketing calendar, track timelines, route requests, and coordinate deliverables with vendors.
• Gather and organize performance data from Google Analytics and marketing platforms for campaign reports.
