Job summary

Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH) in Las Vegas is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You will support multi-channel campaigns, events, sales enablement, and content creation.

You will leverage AI tools, maintain branding, collaborate with Sales, and help produce assets. Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong organization, and comfort with analytics and digital tools.

Qualifications

1–2 years in marketing or campaign coordination.
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn quickly.
Execution and organization with attention to detail and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate drafting.
Experience supporting corporate event management or logistics is a plus.
Exposure to Google Analytics or similar data-tracking tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Ad Manager or similar digital advertising platforms is a plus.
Experience using CRM or digital project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist planning, launching, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including events and webinars.
Partner with Sales to update, distribute, and maintain marketing collateral.
Assist affiliate partner communications, updates, co-marketing materials, and tracking partner performance.
Embed generative AI tools into your daily workflow to draft, refine, and schedule on-brand blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, website updates, and sales materials.
Produce quick visual assets, including PowerPoints and social media graphics, using design platforms like Canva to maintain consistent branding.
Assist with maintaining the central marketing calendar, track project timelines, route incoming creative requests, and coordinate administrative deliverables with external vendors.
Gather and organize performance data from Google Analytics and marketing platforms to help build campaign reports.
