Job summary

NexCore Group is seeking a Content Creator to craft engaging content across NexCore Group and Experience Senior Living, spanning social media, email, web, PR, video, and internal comms. This hands-on role brings stories to life, partnering with Marketing and cross-functional teams.

You will produce and repurpose content with a consistent brand voice, leverage AI tools, and focus on LinkedIn for executive thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content across social, email, web, long-form, video, and campaign channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute content aligned with marketing priorities across channels.
• Develop LinkedIn-focused organic social content and executive thought leadership.
• Produce content across social, email, web, blogs, video, and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, contributed articles, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover stories and opportunities.
• Track engagement and optimize content using performance data.
