This role requires 3+ years of pharma marketing, proficiency with Veeva, and strong analytical and budget skills. You will manage projects, timelines, and material approvals, and help craft content and value

Location: Mettawa, IL

Schedule: Hybrid – Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday/Friday remote

Contract Duration: 12 Months

$52-$57/HR based on benefit selections

Orion Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager II to support payer marketing strategies for a leading pharmaceutical company's Immunology portfolio. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing initiatives that improve market access, support product launches, and communicate product value to healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payer marketing strategies, promotional materials, and market access initiatives.
• Support product and indication launches, including tracking payer formulary adoption.
• Analyze payer policies, market trends, competitive insights, and marketing performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Analytics, and external agencies.
• Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and material approvals through Veeva.

Required Qualifications
