Job summary

Stanbridge University seeks a Student Experience Ambassador to elevate the student voice across Irvine and partner campuses. You will listen, analyze feedback, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve satisfaction, engagement, and success through proactive outreach and data-informed action.

This role involves regular campus visits, virtual engagement, and travel between Irvine, Alhambra, Riverside, and San Marcos campuses to build relationships with students, faculty,

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Higher Education or closely related field.
• Minimum three years of experience working with students or in a service-oriented setting.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries based on data.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for students and represent their perspective in institutional discussions.
• Analyze student feedback to identify trends and actionable improvements.
• Engage with students across campuses through visits, events, and virtual outreach.
• Travel between Irvine, Alhambra, Riverside, and San Marcos campuses regularly.
• Develop dashboards and reports highlighting student satisfaction and engagement.
• Coordinate or support student recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outreach efforts.
