Job summary

CSUSB Palm Desert Campus seeks dynamic, service-oriented students to serve as PDC Student Ambassadors. Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Engagement and Completion, Student Ambassadors support the Student Services Front Desk (IW), Administration Front Desk (RG), and Student Engagement through a combination of administrative, programming, marketing, and outreach duties.

Qualifications

• Maintain a 2.0 GPA per semester and cumulatively.
• Enrolled in at least half-time units per CSUSB requirements (6 undergraduate; 3 graduate).
• Authorized to work in the United States; payroll requirements apply.
• Preference: strong written and verbal communication; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Front Office & Campuswide Office Support across Palm Desert Campus; greet visitors and answer inquiries.
• Plan and support campus events, orientations, workshops, and fairs.
• Lead campus tours and promote programs and services to prospective students.
• Provide general admin support, data entry, filing, and inventory tasks.
