Job summary

The Pingry School seeks an Auxiliary Programs Rentals Coordinator to lead and grow facility rentals across three NJ campuses, including summer programs. This full-time, salaried role requires evening/weekend availability and collaboration with the Associate Director of Auxiliary Programs and the Director of Summer Programs.

You will drive revenue through external partnerships, manage contracts, COIs, and safety documentation, and coordinate cross-campus scheduling to support Pingry’s programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• Contractual Fluency in contract management, invoicing workflows, and financial compliance.
• Relationship expertise demonstrated with external partners and school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet external rental partners to build a robust pipeline.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for external rental organizations.
• Develop revenue strategies to maximize asset utilization during summer and off-peak periods.
• Identify, pursue, and close new avenues for revenue with prospective partners.
• Manage end-to-end contracting, COIs, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate rental operations with Facilities, Operations, and Athletics across campuses.
