Qualifications

• 4+ years of janitorial supervisory experience across multiple buildings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with timekeeping and scheduling
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and delegate operations schedules to ensure coverage
• Evaluate performance and provide hands-on support for cleaning tasks
• Identify and solve issues to improve quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to clocking-in/out, scheduling, and timekeeping policies
• Coordinate custodial staff coverage and training across sites
• Develop and implement custodial procedures, routines and safety practices
• Respond to customer concerns and maintain effective communication with managers and clients
