The role requires hands-on supervision, scheduling, and ensuring quality through monitoring cleaning tasks, safety, and customer service. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three to Five years related experience in janitorial/facilities field.
• Requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and delegate schedules to ensure coverage.
• Evaluate performance and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Identify problems and implement improvements and recommendations to management.
• Report issues to Operations Manager/Coordinator.
• Address customer concerns and process work orders.
• Track purchasing, equipment use, labeling and storage per standards.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff.
• Participate in training to ensure effective communication.
• Fulfill management responsibilities per policies and laws.
