On Deck Concepts is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to support multi-brand marketing across BoomerJack’s Grill venues in Bedford and surrounding areas. This execution-focused role blends creative communication with technical know-how to build and sustain a strong online presence, engage audiences, and drive brand growth.

You’ll collaborate with cross-brand teams, manage social media, email campaigns, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media and current marketing trends.
• Experience developing and implementing social media strategies.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize digital marketing programs across brands (BMJ, SCS, ICE).
• Maintain a consistent social media presence on all platforms; monitor and respond as appropriate.
• Manage email campaigns and assist with CRM-related activities.
• Create varied content across concepts’ platforms (graphics, copy, video as applicable).
• Develop brand awareness and contribute to online reputation management.
• Communicate with guests and followers through social media and digital channels.
• Assist with marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
