Job summary

Ho-Chunk Trading Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & Commerce Coordinator to support digital marketing, ecommerce, customer engagement, and content across multiple brands and locations. You will manage social media, website content, loyalty programs, and coordinate with Retail Operations, IT, and vendors to execute campaigns and optimize performance.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, ecommerce, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability in social media, websites, ecommerce, analytics, loyalty programs, digital projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and digital problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing, ecommerce, loyalty, website, creative content, and related digital initiatives across multiple brands and locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Retail Operations, location managers, vendors, and IT.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on performance metrics for digital channels.
