Job summary

GOSH Enterprises is seeking a Manager of Distribution to oversee end-to-end distribution for Charleys, BIBIBOP Asian Grill, and Lenny’s brands. You will manage inbound/outbound operations, 3PL and carrier relationships, and a team of distribution coordinators to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery to restaurant locations.

The role requires a process-driven leader with food service or multi-unit distribution experience and a track record of scalable supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in distribution/logistics/supply chain with people management.
• Experience with 3PLs and carrier management.
• Proficiency with TMS, WMS, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound distribution operations for multiple brands.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and DC partners, ensuring SLAs.
• Develop and optimize distribution routes and fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor freight costs and performance metrics, drive cost reductions.
• Lead distribution coordinators and develop a high-performing team.
• Implement SOPs and training for consistent operations.
• Coordinate with purchasing to align shipments with inventory needs.
• Prepare regular reports on distribution performance for leadership.
