Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a detailed Project Coordinator to support design and construction across our portfolio. You will manage files, budgets, schedules, and documentation while assisting Project Managers and Construction Managers to keep projects moving.

You will coordinate among internal teams, franchisees, general contractors, designers, and vendors, and support meetings, invoices, and annual FDD updates. This is a full-time, salaried role in our Denver area focus.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• Experience in construction project coordination or admin role.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison among project managers, construction managers, general contractors, designers, and architects.
• Coordinate brand team meetings, agendas, and minutes; track follow-up items.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost coding, and schedule management.
• Prepare and manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, POs, and related docs.
• Maintain organized electronic project files across brands.
• Support vendor management, invoices, and closeout documentation.
