Job summary

World Finance seeks an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support to multiple branches across an assigned region. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional service, compliance, and performance across branches within travel area.

You will mentor branch teams, promote loan and tax services, and drive growth while maintaining strong community relationships. Prior management experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits

• Drive branch growth by promoting World Finance products and services.
• Support and collaborate with team members, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Build relationships within communities served and identify growth opportunities.
• Foster a positive team environment with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Travel daily between branches and assist with deposits and coverage as needed.
