Qualifications

• Solid CNC programming knowledge and hands-on machine operation.
• Comfort using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate in fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC equipment (lathes, mills, grinding) to produce precision parts to spec.
• Decode drawings and specs to plan setups and verify features.
• Adjust offsets, tools, and feeds/speeds to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Verify features with hand metrology to confirm conformance.
• Collaborate to improve methods, reduce cycle time, and boost throughput.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
