• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, prints, and models.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and CAD models to plan setup and execution.
• Set up CNC mills and lathes, load programs, verify tools, and establish work offsets.
• Run parts to spec, monitor cycle performance, and perform in-process adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.
• Record machine settings and production data; uphold safety and organize the workspace.
