MK Services in Middleton, MA is seeking a skilled CNC turning programmer to design and optimize Mastercam programs for complex turning on single- and multi-axis lathe platforms. You’ll interpret blueprints with GD&T, choose tooling strategies, and collaborate with machinists to prove out processes.
The role emphasizes high-mix, low-volume production, on-site work, and continuous improvement while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.
Shape tomorrow’s flight, defense, and medical breakthroughs—one toolpath at a time.
At MK Services (Middleton, MA), every morning starts with possibility. You’ll open Mastercam, load a model for a tight-tolerance aerospace or defense component, and architect an efficient, reliable turning process for a single-spindle/turret lathe or a dual-spindle/dual-turret multi-axis platform. By midday, you’re shoulder-to-shoulder with our machinists proving out your program, dialing in toolpaths, feeds/speeds, and workholding. In the afternoon, you’ll capture lessons learned, post and archive the proven .nc files, and translate production feedback into the next iteration—because we’re a high-mix/low-volume shop where precision and speed coexist.
We’re an AS9100-approved precision manufacturer serving Aerospace, Defense, and Medical markets. We’re growing fast, offer strong benefits, flexible schedules, and meaningful career pathways, and we hire great people who love building things right.
This is an on-site role requiring hands-on CNC programming and manufacturing planning experience. Machine operation, setup, or supervisory experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this position.
Join MK Services and turn complex challenges into elegant, production-ready programs.
