Role Description

The Multiline Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewes, DE. This role focuses on consulting with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial service solutions across product lines such as auto, home, renters, life, and small business. Daily responsibilities include outbound and inbound calls, scheduling and conducting appointments, preparing quotes, and following up on leads generated through marketing efforts and referrals. The representative will support policy reviews, handle basic service requests, document interactions in agency systems, and collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals. The role also involves participating in local outreach and community-focused initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and promote the agency’s presence in the area.
