Job summary

NewGen Technologies seeks a senior MuleSoft Developer to analyze, design, and develop client information systems and program specifications. You will code, test, and debug applications, participate in API design, and provide technical support for infrastructure projects and production environments.

The role requires 7+ years of MuleSoft experience, MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1, and proven SAP Concur integration expertise, with strong Java and database skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including design, development, and unit testing.

• Proficient in Java, middleware integration, and relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong documentation and interface contract drafting aligned with best practices.

Job description

Work on the client's key operations and business solutions. Analyze, design, and develop client's information systems and program specifications; be involved in creation of specifications/requirements, and maintenance/design/build/test phases of systems and applications. May also be asked to provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and production environment; develop upgrade/improvement recommendation; monitor, plan, and measure impact of new products and services. Code, test, and debug applications and programs. May participate in the application design of systems, including use of analytical techniques. Develop program specifications and detail design documents. Assist in testing, training, and preparation of operations.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• MBI Clearance
• 7+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including application design, development, and unit testing
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 required
• Proven experience integrating SAP Concur and enterprise systems
• Strong expertise in Mule ESB, SOA principles, and RESTful API development using JSON and XML
• Solid understanding of event-drive architecture, API lifecycle management, and governance
• Proficient in Java, middleware integration, and relational and NoSQL databases
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including design specifications and interface contracts, while adhering to MuleSoft best practices, guardrails, and API Delivery Model standards
• Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills

• Experience working with AWS Cloud Components (Cloud Watch, SQS, S3, Dynamo DB)
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Admin and monitoring
