Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Architect to analyze, design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations for client operations. You will lead integration projects, oversee API design, and engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires a US citizenship with MBI clearance, 7+ years in MuleSoft integrations, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and MBI Clearance required.
• 8–10 years' experience with a related Bachelor's degree, or 6–8 years with a Master's.
• Minimum 7+ years designing and implementing MuleSoft enterprise integrations.
• Expertise in MuleSoft SaaS platform administration, integration architecture, and API design.
• Ability to lead development teams and establish CI/CD automation and observability.
• Experience with design walkthroughs, code reviews, and client communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work on client operations and business solutions by analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining information systems and applications. Support requirements definition, design, build, test, and maintenance phases. Provide technical support for infrastructure and production environments; recommends upgrades and improvements; and monitor impact of new products and services. Code, test, and debug applications; develop program specifications and design documentation; and support testing, training, and operational readiness. This client-facing role presents findings, designs, and specifications to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• SAP integration experience required. MuleSoft Architect Certification required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8-10 years' of experience, or a Master's Degree and 6-8 years' of experience
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform
• Expertise in MuleSoft SaaS platform administration, integration architecture, and API design/build based on business, technical, and connectivity requirements
• Ability to lead development teams; establish best practices for standardization, CI/CD automation, observability, error handling, documentation, and solution architecture
• Experience conducting design walkthroughs, code reviews, and technical discussions with clients and cross-workstream teams
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
